Shop Fittings

Refurbishing your premises takes hours of careful planning to create a design that is going to give your business the most impact. Key Total Vision follows a stringent process and evaluates your business from head to toe making sure your vision becomes reality. The following site survey, proposal & design concepts and development and project management stages are a crucial part of this process.

Site Survey

The first step towards your new image is to provide a site survey of the premises. This enables us to take a closelook at the layout of your property, and to investigate any possible changes that may be required to the main services, i.e. Gas, Electric, Water & drainage, all crucial aspects of the day to day running of your business.

We would also look at any planning issues that may be required by your local council, for instance, changes to the shop front, advertising consent for new exterior signage, and of course liaising with building control should their be any structural works within the new design.

Proposal
Once we have completed our initial survey, all the information is then used to set out our proposals to create your new shop design and layout.

We would then produce computer aided drawings showing a foot print plan of our proposals, coupled with a detailed scope of works, outlining the full extent of shop fittings required to carry out the project.

Development and Project Management
Each project requires a certain amount of time to complete, whether it be large or small, the down time of your business must be kept to a minimum, as we fully understand the importance of keeping the trade flowing, thus retaining your existing customers with minimum disruption. We also pride ourselves on our fully skilled workforce who is fast, but also ultra efficient, and once we set a deadline, we make sure we keep to it. Also we feel its very important to have constant on site supervision, so every project has a dedicated foreman, along with a Technical Director Emlyn Cole-Jones which is always on Call.
Our development portfolio has seen us complete large projects, supplying literally everything that you would need to set up a new or existing LBO, including paper display, window display, LCD Display wall, Hearing Loop System, Audio System, electricians, LCD TV’s and even supplying all custom made cabling from our in house cable factory.
